Toilet Paper Mummy Wrap Game & Halloween Obstacle Course
Use toilet paper to have a mummy relay race where teams race to wrap their mummy and then the mummies complete an obstacle course to see who wins.
If you need group Halloween party games for teens or Halloween sleepover ideas for tweens, definitely add the wrap mummy game.
It’s a low-prep party game that gets everyone laughing (and also acts as a good ice breaker game if you have party guests that don’t know each other well.)

Halloween Saran Wrap Ball
If I could only pick one game for Halloween to keep teens busy, it’s this the Halloween plastic wrap ball.
When I made this for our teenager’s party, it kept everyone laughing (and worked well as an ice breaker game), plus it’s packed with teen prizes and that’s always a hit.
If you’ve ever played the Christmas ball game, this Halloween themed ball is just like that (except in fall instead of winter).

Scary Bloody Mary Game
If you’re looking for a spooky teen game, add Bloody Mary to the list (although it’s not really a “game” but more of a spooky Halloween activity).
According to the legend, if you say Bloody Mary three times in a mirror in a dark room, after the final chant the ghost of Bloody Mary “appears” in the mirror.
Party guests take turns to see if anyone actually sees Mary.
This is a creepy game for a Halloween sleepover party!

Halloween Spooky Scavenger Hunt Game
Create a mystery scary story to have the party guests read first.
Hide scary “horror” items and fun props in the house and outside (all around the party area) and create clues to find them. For example, place a severed (gummy) finger near the knives or a gummy candy eyeball near some some eyeglasses.
Divide into teams.
Turn off all the lights and have them only use flashlights (or give everyone their own headlamp) to find the clues and solve the mystery. Give prizes to the first team to solve the mystery or find all the clues.
Bonus points if you decorate hallways and doorways with spider webs and plastic spiders that they have to break through in the dark!
(PS: If you don’t want to create a scary backstory, you can just have them do a creepy scavenger hunt with a list of items and see who can find the most items on the list.)
Exquisite Corpse Halloween Drawing Game
The Exquisite Corpse Drawing Game is a hilarious group game for teen parties where each person completes a part of “monster” drawing from the previous person… without knowing what the person before them drew!
And, you don’t have to know how to draw. I can’t draw at all and I had a blast when we played this group game.
You can give them Halloween prompts (zombie princess, scary trick-or-treater, etc.) or let people start their own.

Witchy Poo Party Game
The Halloween Witchy ate too much candy and now you need to help her by guessing her Witchy Poo Poo!
This is one of those hysterical games for Halloween that will get everyone laughing and is another great ice breaker game.
Great if you’re looking for gross Halloween food games, candy games, or Halloween guessing games.

Double Dare Gross Foods Challenge
For an extra-gross mystery bowl challenge, blindfold players and have them identify foods by touch, smell, or taste and see who guesses the most correctly.
(Only tell them the name like “Maggot Mush” and not what the food actually is.)
We played in pairs with one person reading the name and writing down the guess and their teammate blindfolded and feeling, smelling, and tasting the foods.
Cook up some scary Halloween treats for your teens like:
- Cold spaghetti — “Witch’s Intestines”
- Peeled grapes floating in Jell-O — “Zombie Eyeballs”
- Tapioca pudding — “Maggot Mush”
- Mashed banana — “Goblin Brains”
- Cold oatmeal — “Zombie Guts”
- Applesauce mixed with chunks of crushed cookies — “Vampire Vomit”
- Cooked cauliflower — “Brains”
- Mini Pickles — “Troll Fingers”
- Canned peaches — “Liver”
- Marshmallows in Red Jell-O —”Bloody Eyeballs”
- Guacamole — “Monster Snot”
- Hummus — “Mummy Mush”
- Hot dogs with ketchup — bloody, severed “fingers”

What’s In The Box Halloween Touch and Feel Game
Sensory Halloween games are huge for this fall holiday and everyone always has fun guessing what’s in the bag game (or box).
Gather a list of Halloween-themed items and gross feeling items (like squishy toys) and add them to a bag or box that you can’t see into.
Then, each person sticks there hand in the bag/box and tries to identify as many things as they can write down. Person with the most correct guesses at the end wins.

Halloween Pictionary Challenge
Pictionary is great fun for teen halloween parties and a fun way to get everyone involved in a game for crowds.
Also, it’s a no-prep party game that you can even add last minute!
To play this drawing game:
- Divide into teams.
- Provide a list scary objects or Halloween themed items on pieces of paper in a jar (or have everyone add their own ideas).
- The “drawers” (one on each team) look at the same piece of paper from the jar.
- Each drawer draws the object (or movie, etc) while their team tries to guess.
- Give prizes for things like overall winning team, worst drawing, best drawing, etc.
